Very nice place .. the service is great .. we were a party of 4 and had 4 starters and 2 main course all to share. The appetizers were all really good . We ordered the squid the aubergine, the cherry tomato and the leek dishes and the were all really good ( the texture of the squid wasn’t to my liking) but everyone else liked it . For main courses however, we ordered the sheep and the cod which weren’t as yummy as the appetizers .

The place is really well decorated, the open kitchen concept, I really love it, also the basement has like Rock Disco design. The staff was really friendly and helpful, they really introduced all the dishes and suggest all the paring wines. I had lunch menu-All In One: the menu is including 2 APERITIVOS, 2 ENTRANTES, 1 PRINCIPAL, 1 POSTRE and BODEGA(3 glass wine from the list or 2 persons can share 1 bottle wine) All the dishes were really delicious with great flavor, I especially in love with Albóndigas with the special sauce, the flavor was fantastic, the meatballs were super tender and juicy, and the sauce made the meatballs stand out even more. This is a wonderful place you should try with only 60 euro menu, you can experience Michelin star level food and service.

Ok, so probably got there already suggested by the idea of Diego Guerrero behind the cookers, and I found myself slightly disappointed with both the flavor composition of his creations (not all, but the appetizer, rice & carabineer, I was expecting emotion after the first bit and never came) and also the cooking point/ temperature of some dishes (rice and carabineer again) On the other side, the staff was amazing, attentive, taking care of details. -Food is a 3/5 for the dishes I tried -Service is 5/5 or more The overall experience, considering fair prices is a 4 stars on my opinion, of course open to debate but this is my true experience in the restaurant and considering myself a good foodie.

Let me be clear: I recommend going to DSpeak. Price/quality you get a memorable and affordable experience somewhere between traditional tapas and high-end fine dining, taking the best of both worlds. You get an a la carte menu, with each dish made to be shared, allowing you a lot of freedom to design your own tasting menu. The dishes are served sequentially like a tasting menu, with ample explanation by the well-informed staff. All dishes are visually extremely pleasing, high-end and fun, elevating it way above the standard tapa. But, there’s still room for improvement, even within the boundaries of the concept. Some dishes show traces of coming out of the test kitchen at DStage, interesting but not quite refined enough to take the main stage. The white chocolate ‘cheese’ dessert wows in presentation but falls short on the tongue: predominantly sweet with little depth. The service lacks the same finish and attention to detail. Staff was friendly and well-informed, but chaotic, seeing three waiters in the first three dishes, all missing that we were not served drinks yet (except water). Strangely, we were pointed towards the wine menu, even though their cocktail bar concept DPickle Room is housed in the basement of the restaurant, and the cocktails we ultimately asked for were exquisite, a perfect companion for the frivolous dishes served up. Dspeak no evil though, this restaurant has potential, and is worth your visit.

The drinks are super original, look good, but not over the top. It's very unassuming from the outside with a little bit of American rock bar vibe. You won't be disappointed with any of the drinks!

This is a 6-star restaurant. Amazing experience with excellent food. The staff was very polite introducing every dish. The best food I had in my short stay in Madrid.

Diego Guerrero is just an amazing chef and person, thank you for giving us this wonderful experience. Everything was delicious and the mix of textures, flavour and temperatures was something that just someone with experience like Diego can accomplish so perfect. Gracias.
